The Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission is seeking an experienced State-Level Advocacy Contractor to work with Local Immigrant and Refugee contractors.  As directed by the Budget Act of 2018, the contract awarded pursuant to this Request for Proposal (RFP) are to support the advocacy, training and education, and outreach and engagement needs of immigrants and refugees to increase the number of available mental health programs, create awareness of and access to culturally appropriate services and supports, and provide opportunities to increase advocacy at the state and local level on behalf of immigrant and refugee populations in California.
