The Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission is seeking an experienced organization to conduct three (3) to four (4) Statewide Student Advocacy Conferences and to establish Statewide Student Advisory Planning Teams. The goal is to engage youth in the planning and implementation of the conferences and to grow students voice in local and state level conversations about services provided to students.
