Notice of Intent to Award
After completing the review of all proposals submitted in response to the Request for Proposal (RFP) RFP STAKEHOLDER TAY_003, the Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission (MHSOAC) has selected and hereby intends to award a contract to:

This Notice of Intent to Award is posted on the MHSOAC website www.mhsoac.ca.gov for five (5) working days, from August 22, 2019, through August 29, 2019. An Intent to Protest letter from the proposer must be received by the MHSOAC no later than 5:00 PM on August 29, 2019.
The specific requirements that must be followed for a protest are listed in the RFP.
