Listening Sessions for Advocacy
Save the Date

The Commission will be conducting a series of virtual listening sessions, focusing on 6 specific populations, to gather input from community members on the most pressing mental health needs of the population and effective advocacy for better access to more relevant behavioral health services for underserved and unserved populations in California.

These listening sessions will inform the Commission’s upcoming request for proposals (RFP) to be released in the Fall of 2023. The RFPs will be designed to best address the needs of communities for each of the six populations at both the statewide and local level.

The virtual listening session schedule is provided below. Please save the dates for the sessions in which you plan to participate. An agenda with meeting information and session questions will be provided in the coming weeks. Alternatively, you may provide your responses to the listening session questions through a survey which will be provided with the agenda.
