Mistrust may make it difficult to move forward. In just two “real play” scenarios we will demonstrate how the words we use can make a dramatic difference. In our Learning Collaborative we will explore this from different perspectives – family, service user, and provider – and discuss how to use these perspectives to improve the care we provide.
