Notice of Intent to Award
After completing the review of all proposals submitted in response to the Request for Proposal (RFP) Parents and Caregivers-003, the Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission (Commission) has selected and hereby intends to award the contract to:

This Notice of Intent to Award is posted on the Commission’s website (mhsoac.ca.gov/connect/grant-funding-opportunities/request-for-proposal-parents-and-caregivers-003/) for five (5) working days, from December 20, 2023 through December 25, 2023. A Letter of Intent to Protest must be received by the Commission no later than 3:00 pm on December 28, 2023.
A Letter of Protest must be received by the Commission no later than 3:00 pm on January 5, 2024.
