MHSOAC Stakeholder RFP Bidders’ Conference
All interested parties are invited to attend the Bidders’ Conference, to be held this Monday, December 19, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Attendance is not mandatory in order to apply, but rather, it is an optional time to ask questions or request clarification on the contents of a Request for Proposal (RFP).

Please note: The Requests for Proposal (RFP) are out for public review and response. During this time, MHSOAC staff must adhere to very strict rules about communicating with anyone regarding the RFP or its content. Throughout the procurement process and until the contracts are awarded, it is important that all potential proposers have a level playing field and that the MHSOAC operates in a manner that is transparent and accountable to the public. During this time, MHSOAC staff is unable to take personal meetings or respond to email or telephone inquiries regarding these solicitations in an effort to protect the integrity of the process.
