Full Service Partnership Demographic Dashboard

The Full Service Partnership (FSP) Demographic Dashboard provides an overview of persons enrolled in an active FSP by fiscal year. A person is counted as being enrolled in an active FSP during a fiscal year if one or more of the days between their FSP start and end dates fall within the fiscal year. A person can potentially have multiple partnerships throughout their treatment. The MHSOAC linked different partnerships that belong to the same person.

The dashboard contains three sections: (1) an overview section that looks at aggregated data for all FSP clients by fiscal year, (2) a regional section that looks at aggregated data for FSP clients by age group, region, fiscal year and demographic category, and (3) a county section that looks at aggregated data for FSP clients by age group, county, fiscal year and demographic category. Data is presented for the percentage of the total population represented by the chosen demographic category. Users can hover over an individual bar to see the person count and a time-series line graph for that particular category.

Key Findings/Highlights

Based on County reported FSP start and end dates, the number of Partnerships has risen steadily over the years based on reporting in the Full Service Partnership Data Collection and Reporting tool, rising from 35K Partnerships in FY 2010-11 to 65K Partnerships in FY 2018-19.

Latino/a (35.3% in FY 2018-19) and White/Caucasian (23.8% in FY 2018-19) make up almost two-thirds of Partnerships statewide. The Latino/a percentage has been steadily increasing while the White/Caucasian percentage has been steadily decreasing since FY 2010-11.
